When a user tries to view the Properties of a TFS report, they receive the error listed in the Title.
In TFS, they are a project administrator.
In SharePoint, they are a Reader, Contributor, Web Designer, and Administrator.
In Reporting Services, they are a Browser, Content Manager, Publisher, and Report Builder.
The only solution we have found thus far is to make them an Administrator on the TFS server but that is not an acceptable long-term solution.
How is the error solved?
We are using TFS 2008.
