Adding folder to TFS for testers

Hi,

We have team of developers using TFS (like in picture bellow).

Now we have test team, wich is separete from dev.

Can we create tfs\Test folder? In that folder we wil create our Test Projects (ex. Coded UI test). For us it's important that our testers can do chekin and chekout their changes etc, but without interacting with part of tfs that is for developers?
