TFS (Visual Studio 2012 - Team Explorer) Open in Microsoft Office option (Open Query in Microsoft Excel / Send Query to Microsoft Outlook) Failing with errors TF400422, TF400424, etc.

I'm getting the following errors from Visual Studio 2012 Team Explorerwhen I try to open/send queries to Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) using theOpen in Microsoft Office option:

Following is my environment:

Visual Studio: Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2012 (Update 3 also Installed)

Operating System: Windows 7 Enterprise (Service Pack 1 Installed) 64-bit

MS Office: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 (32-bit)

Any solutions?
