How to monitor current TFS requests

Hi,

I'm trying to write a utility to show the current requests BEING processed by our TFS2012 app servers.  I know the tbl_Command table stores requests that are ALREADY FINISHED being processed by TFS.  I'm trying to get the, I guess you could say, processing requests.  For instance, if a user does a large GET or BRANCH operation, I want that request to be listed in my utility until it is finished being processed.  We are going to use this to monitor the current load on our app servers (in case we see performance degradation).
