Is it really true that from 2013.4 you get a free stakeholder license but you cannot check in code with it? That you have to pay for a TFS CAL to check in code in TFS (On premise)?
This is really important for everyone NOT using Visual Studio. About 75-80% of our team members do not use Visual Studio and only check in code. If you have 2000 developers it stacks up.
Or as the local dealer says "The first fix is for free...". But I really assume that I have mistaken the new license rules. Because this really kills the market for none VS users.
