(TFS 2013.2) All Gated Builds are Failing

We've upgraded our Build Agents & Controllers to TFS 2013.2 & VS 2013 Update 2 RC
And are now running into this issue:  Could not load file or assembly 'LibGit2Sharp, Version=0.13.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

But updating everything does not seem to fix it.

I tried both the default Gated template (TfvcTemplate.12.xaml) and our custom template based off TfvcTemplate.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
