Tfs Build With Smart Assembly Error !!!!!!!!!! :(

Hello,

i am facing an issue with tfs build with smart assembly and click once  ,

i posted that question to Red Gate but they replied like that might be a tfs error 

so i came to here .....

i followed clickoncesmartassembly

i created sample application and reproduced 

i attached with error screenshot and application,
