I have the following situation.
* Visual Studio 2012 / TFS 2012
* Workspace location: local
* Trying to compare the modifications from a shelveset with the code from the workspace (both are different from the latest changset version).
What is happening:
* I'm accessing to a shelvset I'm interested in
* I'm accessing to the list of modifications the shelveset is containing
* I'm trying to compare the versioin from the shelveset with the workspace version (Right click on the file -> Compare with Workspace Version)
* And here I'm getting a comparison between unmodified version and the version from the shelveset without any consideration of my local modifications even if the 'server' and 'Shelved Change' files look reasonable.
Some observations:
* The interesting thing is that if the locally modified file is identical to the file from the shelveset, I'm still getting the comparison with the unmodified version
It looks like bad feature implementation, unless I'm omitting something.
Any ideas?
