Can Areas and Iterations be exported to Excel Spreadsheet?

I input Areas and Iterations for my project to TFS 2010 by doing the following:

- Go to Visual Studio Team Web Access

- Select “Setting\TeamProject\Areas”

- Add Nodes to Areas

As my big group still uses MS Project to track project progress,  I got a request to export Areas and Iterations to a spreadsheet so it can incorporate with the current system.  Is there any way to export Areas and iterations from Web Access or Visual Studio to a spreadsheet?
