TFS API & Test Case Results data

I'm working with the TFS API with some automated testing and data is not appearing in the test case results. Does the test environment & test controller need to be specified? Below I've listed the items not making it back to the TFS test case results. (these values are actually being checked in the MTM test case results). When I checked these in the code, they are all appearing correct.
