TFS Excel addin - Publish to TFS issue

Hi all,

I am having an issue connecting a spreadsheet to TFS.  This spreadsheet was created via New List.  I then want to reopen this spreadsheet and publish updates back to TFS however, when I open up the spreadsheet a couple things happen.

1. The Plugin is disabled - I then re-enable it

2. I then go to the plugin menu and the only enabled action is New List. 

I have added a custom column after the creation of the spreadsheet.  I have attempted to updated TFS both with this column in place and removed no luck with either.

Any ideas on what I can do?
