Hi everyone!
I have the TFS 2015 and I love all the new features which Microsoft have provided for Kanban support in this release. The only one things which I do not understand is why the Kanban board is available only on the Backlog level and not on the Iteration level?
I would like to use only Kanban, no any sprint planning per release. What I am doing currently is that I create one Iteration per release, which I believe is still an acceptable way in TFS. But there is no Kanban board...
I do not understand why Microsoft do not allow to use Kanban on Iteration, if Iteration do not mean always a short-term sprint.
In that case what is the solution, every release must be right now a new Backlog?
