Email Alert notification troubleshooting

Hi all,

I have  configured email alert settings in Team Foundation Administration Console. And also have configured alerts for my team.

But when I make changes to any work items I don not get email notification.  I have used Telnet and I can make connection to SMTP server without any issue but I am not able to get mail notification.

Please help me how can I troubleshoot this issue ?
