This is one of those situations that it is just easier to ask than to read the documentation. We don't currently own a copy.
Would TFS allow us to build multiple dependent VS2010 solutions? A solution of solutions rather than just projects? Is that ability one of its designed functions?
Our basic situation is that we have a very large system to build that is dependent on several library compilations. We would like to automate our build process somewhat. At least in VS, we haven't come up with a nice way of doing that yet. Assuming it can do so, is using TFS for that function the recommended method? Or is it easier just to write some batch files?
I'd like to hear from some folks that have actually done this.. not just get referred to a third party reference.
Thanks
Andy
