Using Team Fields - Tasks not appearing

Hi,

I've been trying to set up team fields in accordance with this article here;

Customize a team project to support team fields

I've got everything working except - when I add a task using the sprint backlog (Work\Board\+) the task appears on the backlog when you add it initially but as soon as you refresh the page it disappears. The task is there – it appears on the reports and is linked to the PBI, but refuses to appear on the backlog.

I’ve had a look around the web and I’m not the only person who has experienced this issue. Any suggestions what may be causing it?

I'm using TFS 2012 with the Scrum 2.2 Template.
