Is there any way by using team foundation server to determine which code has introduced the bug ?

Hi,

Want to understand if is there any automated process (may be using the sql query on tfs warehouse) to determine whose actual code has introduced the bug, as in many cases the person who resolved the bug and associated the change set for the particular file just worked on bug fixes and not the actual person who introduced the bug.
