Conchango's SCRUM for Team System is not working with TFS 2015

Till TFS 2013 Update 4 it is working fine, but after upgrading TFS to TFS 2015, Conchango's SCRUM for Team System is not working with error"an exception occurred during the operation making the result invalid"

We are using2.0.0.1 (SfTS v2 Edition)

How this can be fixed?
