I have a question about the IIS worker process view. When we drill down in to this view, we see that the team foundation app pool is running request for some URL's from specific IP addresses for more than 10 hours! When we contact the user who has this IP assigned, they are saying that they did not hit this URL. They said they did not even hit the server with any URL for TFS. [The server is hosting a TFS app tier]. My question is, in the "worker process view" in inetmgr that shows the URL's currently being processed for a long time, is it actually processing something behind the scenes? [we see w3wp consuming 80% cpu]. Does IIS and TFS app pool have a request timeout to prevent anything from processing for 10 hours?
