TF30177: Team Project Creation Failed

Hi

I am using TFS 2015 RTM und VS 2015 and try to create a new Team Project but getting always this error!

Error 
TF30170: The plugin Microsoft.ProjectCreationWizard.WorkItemTracking failed during task Queries from group WorkItemTracking.  

Explanation 
Plugin error text: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”  

TF30177: Team Pro 
Contact your Team Foundation Server administrator.
