I am just starting out an implementation of TFS using Visual Studio Online. We are only a small development team so I am using the free version (for now anyway). We have a number of different applications that I wish to track in TFS but all developers work on all applications at various times.
Reading various sources it seems that the recommended set up is to create a single Team Project which I have done but this seems to leave me with one backlog etc. If I use a single team project how do I create and manage the work items for individual applications ?
