I am using a custom CRM 2011 solution that creates a TFS work item case (bug, task, etc) when a CRM case is made. Everything is working but I have a few questions.
As you can see, work item (bug) has been created in TFS and I can actually click that link to view it. Unfortunately in TFS Web Access, I can't actually find the bug using Team Queries (in the Work Items tab) unless I put the work item # in the search box (top right of Team Web Access).
It's great that items are automatically being created, but for somebody who only uses TFS/manager of TFS, how are they supposed to be aware that a new work item has been created? Is there some kind of query that shows items with a status of "proposed" or a query that shows work items with nothing/blank "Assigned to" row?
