TF30170:Team Project Creation Error in production server

Hi,

While I am creating a project i faced a below Error:

TF30170:The plugin MicrosoftProjectCreationWizard.Groups failed during task GroupCreation 1 from group Groups
Explanation:
Plugin error text: "Unable to retrieve the registration information for TeamConfigurationService."

Please help me on this issue.
