Warehouse services errors in event log and Microsoft Team Foundation Server Application Pool shutdown

Hi. In the past several weeks we have experienced three shutdowns of the "Microsoft Team Foundation Server Application Pool" preventing users from being able to connect. We have been running TFS servers since version VS 2008 and never once had the application pool shutdown. A couple months ago I upgraded our TFS 2012 environment to TFS 2013 Update 4. Everything seem to be fine up until a few weeks ago. It just so happens that our SharePoint administrator installed the TFS Project Server extensions at the request of one of our business units. I spoke with him and he said that he just installed it and did not really do anything else.

I have looked at some of the logs on the TFS server and found an excessive amount of the following events in the Application log that occur nearly once a minute:

Detailed Message: TF400703: Unable to initialize the specified service Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Warehouse.WarehouseConfigurationService.

Detailed Message: TF400703: Unable to initialize the specified service Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Warehouse.WarehouseAdapterService.

When I first looked at this last week, I believe the time these started may correlate to around the time the Project Server extensions were installed.

If anyone has any ideas for what I can look at to help troubleshoot this problem, it would be appreciated. The application pool shutdowns are becoming a nuisance since we had it happen once during late hours which affected our users in Malaysia. Thanks.
