How to add a file to TFS project through Team Web Access ?

Hi All,

I am using TFS 2010 and I am able to access my tfs project from VS 2010 Team Web Access. I can view the source control files, I can run the queries for work item also from Team Web Access using my browser. Can I add folder/files to the source control of a TFS project from Team Web Access ? If yes, kindly let me know the procedure please.
