how to manage the source in TFS as well code plex

I have one project this project I need to publish on codeplex. but before the I need to publish the code in my private TFS also.

so if there is any option I can manage my code sync with both codeplex and TFS.

for example if I do the check-in it should check-in my code to my private TFS as well as in codeplex also.
