Upgrading TFS 2013 RTM to Update 4

Hello,

I am planing on upgrading the TFS 2013 RTM(12.0.21005.1) to latest update 4.

can this be done at once? without upgrading to previous versions?

I have backed up the DB's anything else I should concern about?
