My company is using TFS 2013 server. We are managing our projects via TFS 2013 using user stories and tasks.
On our daily meetings, we are reviewing the sprint's dashboard and we would like to see the task's priority on the board as well.
I added the priority to the backlog grid but it's not enough for us. I searched for a change that I could make in the task or in the process configuration but couldn't found any option to change the layout of the tasks shown in the board.
Our fallback would be:
- Manually add the priority to the task's title.
- Create a custom 'task like' work item for each priority.
Obviously, both of the above solution are not good.
Can you please advise?
