Whenever I open a file in Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate, (i.e., a .aspx file) just to browse its contents, VS will indicate that the file has been changed and then TFS will request to check it out when no change had occurred. Is there a configuration
setting controlling this? If so where. No one else's VS installation at our shop exhibits this quirky anomaly, just mine. How can I configure it to NOT indicate a change occurred so that I can browse the code without having to check it out?
