Removing users from Source Control Permissions

For a internal reasons we decided to temporarily lock down our development repo. How did we accomplish this? In source control explorer:

So everyone is a member of IS - Programming. I added each person in the IS - Programming Group as a user too so i could revoke check-ins to everyone and only open it up on an ad-hoc basis. So "John Doe" would be a member of IS - Programming and he also would see him in the "Users" Section with "Deny" for Check-In. If John legitimately needed to check in and we determined it was determined to be ok then i would temporarily grant him access to check-in.

Now we no longer need to lockdown dev. So i want to remove all the individual users i added since they are already members of IS - Programming.  At the top there is a way to add a windows identity or tfs group but i can't find a way to remove an individual user. I would really like to remove each user i added temporarily otherwise people administering security in the future could get confused and i can't find a way to remove them.
