Hello Team,
TFS 2013 update 4 install with SSRS 2012 and SharePoint Foundation 2013 - SSRS on separate server
We are planning to install TFS 2013 update 4 , SQL Server 2012 and SharePoint Foundation 2013
We are planning to setup TFS 2013 with below details:
1. First Server for TFS 2013 update 4 and SharePoint Foundation 2013 SP1
2. Second Server for dedicate SQL Server 2012 SP2
3. Third server for SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Please confirm the SQL Features need for TFS 2013 update 4 on these above servers is correct as per my understanding in Microsoft content:
- First Server with TFS includes only “Client Tools Connectivity(for connecting to dedicated SQL server machine and dedicated SSRS)” – This is because we do not have any SQL Server instance on TFS machine
- Second Server SQL Instance and Shared Features planning to select as per below:
- Data base Engine Services
- SQL Server Replication
- Full Text and Semantic Extraction for search
- Data Quality Services
- Analysis Services
- Integration Services
- Clients Tools Backward compatibility
- Client Tools SDK
- Management Tools - Basic
- Management Tools – Complete
- Data base Engine Services
- As last Third Server for dedicated includes only “Reporting Services - Native”
Hope this should be fine. please let us know do we need to instance any other SQL services like.. “Reporting Services - SharePoint” or “Reporting Services – Add in for SharePoint Products” or anything else
Thanks in advance!
