Am trying to set up email alerts from TFS to my outlook inbox but its has failed to work..!..I set the emailNotificationFromAddress and the smtp server values for both the webservices and the services webconfig files....I have configured TFS to send project alerts but nothing is happening when I try to test forexample triggering a check in .. What could be the issue..?..This is taking too long.. I have across many articles people complaining about this issue and have see some third party tools out there that one can add to VSTS to do the task but I want to be able to do it with TFS because first of all it costs alot ..Someone help
