How to update URL link into WI

Hello. I need your help 

TFS will be migrated to a new version and server machine and Share Point too.

I need to update the URL's that make referenced documents located into Share Point. Because Share Point will be migrated to a new server and the path of the referencie documents will change. Please, how can I update that URL's?
