TFS Build mail - including PBIs which are in "Ready for QA" State

Hi ,

As of now our nightly Build will send notification once the Build is over , containing the Changesets and associated workItems .

Now Our requirement is ...

to include the PBIs which are changed to "Ready for QA " State on that day. 

Please tell me how can I change the Build completed mail to include these.
