Need help whether to go for a new build server or not

Hello everybody,

I am new to TFS administration. In my organization we are using TFS2012.

In one collection we are having almost 60 team projects. One build server was assigned to this collection.

This build server contains 1 build controller and 2 build agents.

All is well till now.

Now the problem is, I am getting a request from the project managers that they want a new build server which is dedicated to a particular team project on the same collection.

My question is, do we really need a new build server ?

What shall I ask them in order to proceed further ?

What are the points that we need to take in to consideration while ordering a new build server ?

I need your suggestions.
