Split "TFS 2010" server into (TFS 2013) + (SharePoint 2010\Sql 2008)

Currently we have a single server that houses TFS 2010, SharePoint Foundation 2010, and sql 2008. The developers want to use TFS 2013, not TFS 2010, since they are using VS 2013.  I want to create a standalone TFS 2013 (engine) box, leaving sql\SharePoint on the original box, and point the new TFS 2013 to the original box. What's the most straightforward way to do that? (I guess we will also need to stop the TFS 2010 service on the original box.)

TIA,

BD
