TFS Slow Performance

Hi

   Currently we start using TFS 2013 with SQL Server-2012 (SP2) and I am migrating source code from PVCS to TFS. TFS is horribly slow.

Here is scenario

we have two servers (Server-A and Server-B), both are on same physical network.

I have installed TFS Database on Server-B. I have installed visual studio 2013 on Server-A.

When I try to add new project /Check-In / Check-Out/Other TFS operations from Server-A it is horribly slow. But when I do same thing from Server-B it is fast. Only difference between Server-A and Server-B I can see is , Server-A has lots of projects local workspace.

Any suggestion to make it faster.
