Our TFS 2013 U3 server is installed in the GMT-8 time zone. We have a team in Australia that is on GMT+10 time zone. For this team, the capacity displayed in the Work Detail (the charts on the right side of the page for an Iteration backlog) is appears to be calculated based on the server dates, not the local dates. This is causing a 1+ days offset in the sprint calculation.
For example, let's say Sprint 1 end date is November 31st 2014. On Nov. 31st 2014 Australia time, the sprint is done. However, the Work Detail is showing 1 more day of available capacity (it appears it is using the server timezone instead of the user locale), although in reality it should be 0.
We tried changing the locale of the user profile, but it's not working.
It appears the iteration dates and the work detail do not take into account the user's locale. Is this a bug?
