TFS 2010 Create new project error

Our TFS 2010 databases (Relation databases, Reporting services, Analysis Services) used to be hosted on a SQL server 2005 database server, and recently we moved the databases to a SQL 2008 R2 server instance due to database upgrade.  After move, we started to get an error when we trying to create a new Team Project via "New Team Project Wizard" which preventing us to create the new project. The error message stated:

"The Project Creation Wizard encounterd a problem while creating reports on the SQL Server Reporting services on http://(NewServer)/ReportServer_SQL2008R2/ReportService2005.asmx". However, the "ReportService2005.asmx" was the report page before we move the databases.

And also, when we run the Best Practices Analyzer, it found a critical issue

"Cannot access SQL Server Reporting Service on "(OldServer)\sql2008". The results of rules that require access to the Reporting Services are not included in the report"

Anyone know why the TFS is still trying to create reports under the wrong path? And where the Bad report server come from? Thanks for your help!
