I am a BA/PM for a small/mid sized group of devs. We are trying to use TFS to cover our PM needs - and have found that we may need to customize our existing templates to do so. We are currently using the agile template and everything is either active or closed. There are activity options but they do not display on any of the boards. My questions are:
- What is the best process for adding new states to both user stories and tasks in order to have them appear within the swimlane board views?
- Is there an easy way to incorporate bugs within the board view (ideally with hours associated)?
- And - is this a bad idea (ie jeopardize any existing data in place now) or time consuming?
