Hi,
We recently upgraded from TFS 2010 to TFS 2013 Update 3. In addition, we are in the process of migrating our developers to a new domain.
Suddenly, we are no longer able to add Team Projects to one of our TPC's. Before today, this worked even after our upgrade to 2013.
I have attached most of the trace at the bottom, but the error is:
Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.Constants' with unique index 'IX_Constants__String_RemovedDate'. The duplicate key value is (1, ABBVIENET\VASQUJM2, Jan 1 9999 12:00AM)
It seems to happen for any of the templates shipped in TFS and it doesn't seem to matter whether I use git or TFVC.
In my attempt to figure out the issue, I renamed the "name" field above and I still get the same exact error with the original username. So I assume that the TP creator is trying to create this record twice during the creation process.
Any ideas?
I have seen others with the same error on the forum, but there didn't seem to be any resolution other than importing the projects into a new TPC.
