We want to integrate Microsoft Team Foundation server with Freshdesk support portal. Following is my requirement in this regard.
1. Create a button in the right side pane of the ticket details page in freshdesk site.
2. When clicked on the button, a popup window should appear with all the ticket information along with attachments.
3. On submit of the page, it should send the request to the TFS so that it will add a work item in the TFS and return the work item id.
4. When user opens the ticket details page next time, it should fetch the work item status from the TFS and display it on the tickets details page.
Is it possible? Waiting for reply .
