Event/Notification when creating a new project collection

Hi

We are searching for a way to get informed about new created project collections. Because we need to run some modifications before people should use them and we want to automate this.

For creating new projects, we can create our own TFS plugins (ISubscriber) and intercept the notification. But we didn't find anything similar on TPC creation. The hole handler is not executed in this case.

Is there any mechanism (maybe unsupported as well) to get notified?
