I have a TFS project and a specific user in that project is not getting the option when attempting to check-out an item. There is a drop down that let you select from three know options. The option below is not showing up for the person in question:
checkout - Prevent others users from checking out and checking in
As the TFS admin and I'm also a project admin, I get the option. I have switched this person to a TFS project admin for the project in question, but still the option is not available. Can somebody indicate the control mechanism for displaying and using this option?
