No tabular entries appear under BI for SSDT in SQL Server 20212 SP1

Missing "Analysis Services Tabular Project", "Import From PowerPivot" and "Import From Server (Tabular)" under BI/Analysis for SSDT 2012 SP1 using VS 2010 shell.
