Changing TFS 2013 url

Hi,

We have TFS 2013 installed. Initially while configuring we used server name in the URL. However now we would like to change the URL to use FQDN. What are the steps to change the URL's (Web access and Notification )? Is there any negative impact of changing these  URL's in TFS?
