'Send Selection to Microsoft Outlook’ feature

Hello,

We are using TFS 2012.3. When selecting a work item and picking a feature 'Send Selection to Microsoft Outlook’ from within Team Explorer, a new Outlook email message pops up. This is all fine but the 'To' field is empty. Shouldn't it be auto-populated with a 'Created By' user from selected work item?
