We have TFS 2010 setup where in we have different app and data servers. We plan to upgrade to TFS 2013 but before doing that we would like to bring down the database size of our collection.
We have a Tfs collection consisting of 8 different projects. The size of that collection database is 400+ GB which is bothering us. I looked for various options online but couldn't find any way which will help reduce that datatbase size substantially. I tried splitting the collection as well but that didn't help reducing the database size at all but duplicates the complete database at the backend. Looked for Test Attachment cleaner tool as well but that will not reduce it much as I can see the table tbl_AttachmentContent - 19GB only.
Please Advise/help.
Thanks,
