TFS 2010 upgrade to TFS 2013 Fails with TF400744

Hi,

I tried to migrate TFS 2010 and the upgrade process itself failed. I’ve attached the log.

The 2010 version was (is) installed on a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise environment with the database on a SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise (RTM).

The 2013 is to be installed on a set of Windows 2012 R2 servers . The database is SQL Server 2012 Enterprise (SP1).

Any idea what the problem might be?

I believe this is the relevant part of the upgrade log (I can add the entire one if needed):
