Cannot access security settings TFS 2012 project

I cannot access the security setting for my TFS 2012 project. In Team Explorer when I right click the project, got to  | Advanced | Security, I get the following error:

TF400898: An Internal Error Occucurred.



This is ridiculous, what do I do now?
