TFS 2010 Web Access and Chrome Support for Add Attachemnt

TFS 2010 Web Access seems to work well with Chrome 26 except for the Attachments tab as when I click the button to Choose File in the Add Attachment dialog, nothing happens.  Any ideas on how to get this to work (besides using IE)?

This is way outdated so not sure if its the issue since it says Chrome 1.0 is supported
